Orbicular earrings composed of a round-shaped tanzanite radiating an undulating two-tier surround of full-cut diamonds in prong setting, mounted in gold.

Centring each earring is a cluster of pear-shaped yellow sapphires. The lower half of the cluster is lined with an openwork of marquise-shaped diamonds, while the upper half is surrounded by three curved frames of baguette diamonds in channel setting, and marquise-shaped diamonds, mounted in gold.
